How refunds work

Short version: if you haven't connected, you get your money back within 7 days of purchase. No forms, no "retention specialist".

Plans changed before the trip?

Message us within 7 days of purchase. If the eSIM never connected, we refund in full to your original payment method.

eSIM never worked?

If our team can't get you online together, full refund — even past 7 days.

Used some data, changed your mind?

That one we can't refund — carriers bill us the moment you connect. We'll say this before you buy, not after.
