These terms govern your purchase and use of Awin travel eSIMs, sold by Awin Pty Ltd (ABN 64 123 456 789), Melbourne, Australia.
The service
Awin sells prepaid, data-only travel eSIMs supplied by licensed carrier partners. Plans are single-use and expire at the end of their validity period; they include no calls or SMS.
Your responsibilities
You confirm your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchasing. Data allowances and fair-use limits are stated on each plan before payment.
Payments
All charges are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) by Stripe. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates only.
Refunds
Our refund policy is summarised on the Refund Policy page and applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
